About Us

I have been selling felt board products with my mom for over 15 years. She started her felt product business (Felt Fantasies) in 1990. I would help her with her shows and sell a few things here and there to make a little extra spending money , but back then I was never really serious about making and selling the felt products.

Well, that all changed several years later when I had children of my own. I started selling my Mom’s felt board sets on eBay and they were a HUGE hit. Many of my customers from eBay asked me if I could start making felt board sets to accompany popular children’s books and stories. This wasn’t a product that my Mom was interested in making, so I decided to figure out a way to make them myself.

After many months of trials and tribulations, I finally figured out a way to make these little felt sets by hand. The process was long…Drawing, coloring, cutting, gluing, ironing, and cutting some more. The finished product was so cute and became very popular. I just couldn't seem to make these little felt sets fast enough. I found myself working around the clock trying to make the Felt sets and fill orders. I then realized that I could no longer do this all on my own. I knew that in order to help my little business grow, I needed to enlist the help of others.

I branched out from my Mom’s business and came up with my own name (Storytelling Fun). I now work with a professional screen printer, artist, sewer, and cutter.

Now that I'm not spending every free moment on the production of my felt sets, I have more time to create new and exciting felt products for you and your children. Please check my website often, as I will always be adding new and exciting products.
